Emerald Series Horse Fencing!

Our horse fencing is far different than many others on the market today. Why? Because all PVC is not created equally. Many PVC materials have added fillers which make the material brittle and susceptible to UV damage. When comparing costs - pay attention to the details that will make or break your new fence.

A cheaply made PVC fence can shatter, become chalky or yellowed, requiring expensive repairs later that will cost more than any savings made with the initial purchase. Equestrian Rail Fence, Four Rail Style, Premier Ranch Rail horse fencing is available in three and four rail styles. Freight additional.

Compare the following details when deciding on your fencing purchase:

What is the PVC wall thickness?
Does it contain a UV inhibitor to stop UV damage and flex polymers to prevent shattering?
How does it perform when impacted?
Does the formula of the PVC vinyl meet AAMA standards (American Architectual Manufactures association)?

UV Inhibitor: The sun's ultra-violet (UV) rays are extremely damaging to any material that is not protected against it. Yellowing, chalking or fine surface cracks are common symptoms of UV damage. Our PVC is extruded with titanium dioxide in the mix, just not spray-coated on later. Titanium dioxide is the best, most widely used white pigment and UV inhibitor on the market today because of its bright, white color, resistance to discoloration and very high refractive index. This pigment efficiently transforms destructive UV light energy into heat, which then disipates in the air. Titanium dioxide is so effective and safe, it can even be found in most sunscreens with a physical blocker.
